Who You Are...

You are the one everyone calls.

At work, your team waits for your answer. At home, someone always needs something from you. You reply to messages at 10 pm. You remember the birthdays and the school forms. You are very good at being needed.

From the outside, your life looks great. You have the title and the salary. People tell you how well you’re doing.

And then you sit in the car outside your house for ten minutes before you go in. So nobody can ask you for anything.

You are tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix. You wake up already behind. You snap at people you love and then feel terrible. You can’t remember the last time you did something only because you wanted to. Some days you can’t even say what you want.

Someone told you to take a holiday. You took one. The tiredness was waiting at the airport when you got back.

You’ve read the books and tried therapy. You made the morning routine, and it worked for two weeks. Then work got busy and you went back to how things were.

Now there’s a thought in your head. What if this is just who I am now?

It isn’t. Nothing is wrong with you. You have been running on empty for a very long time, and nobody ever gave you a way to stop.

You are allowed to put something down. You are allowed to have a life that has room for you in it.

We've Been There, Too

We know what it’s like to question your path. We’ve been burned out, stretched thin, and searching for meaning. We've struggled and overcome...

Burnout from high-pressure careers — learning to step back, set boundaries, and rebuild balance.

Perfectionism and self-doubt — breaking free from the need to “do it all” and finally feeling enough.

Losing ourselves in roles — moving beyond being only “the mom,” “the executive,” or “the wife” to rediscover who we truly are.

Life transitions that shook our identity — navigating divorce, career shifts, and reinvention with clarity and courage.

Think Of What's Possible!

You've spent years showing up for everyone else. But what if your next chapter could feel different?

Less pressure. More freedom. More joy.

And a life that reflects who you are and what matters most to you.

01.

Feel Like Yourself Again

Somewhere between the responsibilities, expectations, and endless to-do lists, you've lost touch with parts of yourself. Rediscover what brings you joy, what gives you purpose, and what truly matters to you. Because there's so much more to you than what you do for everyone else.

02.

Make Room for a Life You Love

Imagine waking up with energy for the day ahead, having time for the things you enjoy, and saying no without feeling guilty. Create space for rest, meaningful connections, new experiences, and those little moments that make life wonderful. Not someday. Now.

03.

Move Forward on Your Own Terms

You don't have to give up your ambitions to find fulfillment. You can keep growing, contributing, and pursuing what excites you—without sacrificing yourself along the way. Shape your next chapter around your own values, priorities, and dreams, rather than everyone else's expectations.

We've Been Where You Are. And We're Here to Help.

You deserve support that makes room for who you are—and who you’re becoming. We bring experience across leadership, life transitions, and well-being to help you get clear on what matters, move through what’s keeping you stuck, and build a next chapter that feels like yours.

Anja Hamilton

Founder of HerPath | Certified Executive & Life Alignment Coach

You’ve built a life. You get to decide what comes next.

I spent decades helping people and organizations navigate change, including serving as Chief People Officer at Nutanix, Poly, and IDT. My work centered on creating the conditions for people to thrive—and understanding what helps them move forward when the stakes are high.

Today, I bring that experience to a deeply personal kind of change: helping women stop living a life they’ve outgrown and boldly build what comes next, on their own terms.

I founded HerPath to give women space, structure, and support to ask questions that are easy to put off when everyone counts on you. What matters to me now? What am I ready to let go of? And what do I want this next chapter to feel like?

I work especially well with high-achieving women who are used to making things happen—executives, leaders, and women navigating meaningful career and life transitions. You may be carrying too much, questioning a role that once defined you, or realizing that your own needs have slipped to the bottom of the list.

My coaching combines strategic clarity with warmth, honest conversation, and practical action. Together, we turn what you discover about yourself into decisions, boundaries, and habits that make room for the woman you want to become.

Let’s explore your next chapter.

Make room for what makes you feel like you.

When you’ve spent years caring for others and keeping life moving, it can be surprisingly difficult to answer a simple question: What do I need?

My path has been shaped by a love of travel, fitness, and well-being, alongside raising three boys. Those experiences have deepened my appreciation for how our everyday choices shape our energy, our relationships, and the space we have for ourselves.

I help women reconnect with what feels good, meaningful, and sustainable in their own lives. Perhaps you’re ready to care for your well-being more consistently, change a habit you’ve outgrown, or rediscover interests that have been on hold. We begin with where you are and what matters to you.

My approach is warm, practical, and encouraging. Together, we explore what’s getting in your way and build small, intentional changes that fit your life:

  • Creating space for yourself alongside family and other responsibilities

  • Reconnecting with movement, enjoyment, and personal interests

  • Exploring your relationship with alcohol and supporting a mindful break

Give yourself space to explore what’s next.
